Doctor Prescribes Me a Creampie to Get Over My Illness!

Whilst on a recent business trip I felt unwell. It was just my luck that a fellow patron of the hotel was also a doctor. He was technically off duty and he kindly examined me from head to toe, gave a definitive diagnosis and administered the best medicine deep inside me.
